Equipped with an engineering degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from LaSalle University, Deb is dedicated to delivering exceptional leadership and customer experiences in the deregulated energy industry.
Deeply committed to advancing women in engineering and energy, Deb actively participates in local STEM programs and holds the position of Senior Member at the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). For the past seven years, she served on the National Board of the Council on Women in Energy & Environmental Leadership (CWEEL), chairing the Chapter Liaison Committee and currently co-chairing the CWEEL Board of Directors. Through the Chapter Liaison Committee, Deb fostered collaboration among 40 representatives from AEE Chapters in the US and Canada, amplifying women's voices and facilitating initiatives such as scholarships, mentoring, fundraising, and membership. Now, as co-chair of the CWEEL Board of Directors, Deb remains dedicated to empowering and advancing women in the energy industry.
