Failure & Imposter Syndrome: Moving forward towards engineering success
Sol Rosenbaum, PE, CEM, O,
Following his BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering, Mr. Rosenbaum went directly into the energy engineering world and has been part of the industry for close to 20 years. Currently, he leads a small engineering firm that provides energy engineering support and building assessment review services to due diligence providers in the commercial real estate financing industry.
Additionally, he is the founder of www.TheEngineeringMentor.com where he aims to help younger engineers move towards success. This venture was created as a way to "pay it forward" based on a recognition of the amazing impact mentors have had on his career and the realization that many younger engineers lack this guidance.
