Speaker Bio
April Frakes is the Director of Commercial Business Development at Aeroseal. During her tenure April has developed and implemented comprehensive business development strategies, leading a team of engineering, operations and business development professionals to achieve remarkable targets. Her ability to identify new business opportunities, conduct in-depth market research, and perform competitive analysis allowed her to penetrate key markets successfully. Additionally, April established and nurtured strategic partnerships and alliances, resulting in substantial revenue growth, including contracts with the largest ESCOs in the United States.
Before her role at Aeroseal, April served as an Account Manager at Grainger, where she significantly contributed to the growth of relationships with manufacturing customers. Prior to that, as a Senior Global Account Manager at Cintas, April managed a substantial portfolio of over $30 million in annual revenue, maintaining a growth rate that exceeded 200% of the target. Her responsibilities included strategic portfolio growth, exceeding new sales activity requirements, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
April's achievements are highlighted by her role as a featured speaker at events such as the Federal Energy Exchange and the Association of Energy Engineer’s World Conference. She has earned recognition through awards such as the President’s Club at Grainger, the Pacesetter’s Club at Cintas, the Cintas Global Accounts and Strategic Markets Leading Contributor Award, the Cintas Marketing Spirit Award, and participation as a member of the NAESCO Membership Committee.
