Mayor Latoya Cantrell Welcomes AEE

It is my absolute pleasure, as Mayor of the City of New Orleans, to welcome you to the 2021 Association of Energy Engineers World Energy Conference and Expo. The City is honored to host your event. 

New Orleans is committed to prioritizing infrastructure improvements, particularly those in the energy sector. We are constantly innovating how we can align our improvements with smart city methods and goals and implementing those for our future. I hope you will see that as you tour different parts of the city and include that in your discussions over the span of this event.
