Speaker Bio
Sadie Bronk is a visionary executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the electric and gas utility industry. As CEO and Co-Founder of Energy Bees, LLC, and Executive Director of the BEE Project, Sadie excels in strategic leadership, energy efficiency, and change management. She has spearheaded business development and account management for multifamily property developers, managed utility energy efficiency program portfolios, and led the creation of key products in the C&I and public sectors. A certified Change Management Expert and formerly certified as a Business Energy Professional (BEP), Sadie is known for her ability to navigate organizational challenges and drive impactful change. Her work has resulted in significant energy savings and enhanced client relationships. With a B.A. in Communications and a minor in English from Washington State University, Sadie is also an adept public speaker and facilitator, promoting thought leadership and innovation throughout her career.
