All Hands on Deck: Managing Industrial Efficiency During a Market Downturn
Every manufacturer experiences periods of contraction due to external and internal forces. Managing energy efficiency during these periods is challenging due to lack of capital, reduced headcount, and other resource constraints.
In this presentation, Constellium will showcase its approach in realign efforts due to a recent industry downturn and other external factors. By leveraging internal and external tools, technologies, and management practices Constellium was able to recalibrate efforts and refocus interest from the board room to the plant floor.
