I am an engineer, entrepreneur, and educator with over 30 years of experience leading innovation in energy technologies, technical education, and executive leadership.

As Founder and CEO of TransPower Company, I lead the development of patented solutions like the Maximum Power Transfer Solution (MPTS)—a power management technology that helps businesses reduce energy consumption by up to 30% while improving system reliability and power quality.

Through Accentz Inc., I provide consulting, engineering, and training services across energy efficiency, HVAC/MEP systems, and leadership development. I’ve built and led large-scale training programs globally for organizations such as Bell Labs, Avaya University, Cisco, and Accenture.

I’m also deeply committed to education—co-founding the American Academy K-8 Charter School, one of Colorado’s highest-performing STEM-focused institutions, and teaching MBA courses at the University of Denver for over two decades.
