Registration

All Chairs and Speakers will need to register themselves for the event. Please send all registration questions and concerns to our Events Coordinator, [email protected].

  • All speakers and chairs receive complimentary conference registration. Please note this code is not to be shared with other attendees.

Speakers and Chairs also receive one complementary guest pass to share with a colleague. The code to register a guest will be distributed closer to the event time. Please note meals and special events are not included but can be purchased during checkout.

  4. Place your first and last name
  5. Place any credentials you may have or delete the text in this section

  8. For the graphics with the picture, upload your headshot on the left hand side, and drag it over to the photo image. It will automatically resize your image.
  9. In the right hand corner, click Share
  10. Under Share, click download.
