Flexible Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend AEE World for reasons related to COVID-19 you may cancel your registration before Friday, September 16 to receive a full refund or credit for a future AEE Event.

*The health and safety of our ENERGY STAR meeting attendees is our highest priority. Because of the ongoing community spread of COVID-19, all ENERGY STAR meeting participants attending meetings on Monday, September 19 & Tuesday, September 20 agree to:

  • Wear a mask during the meeting. Acceptable masks are 3-ply surgical, N95, KN95, and D95; cloth masks or face shields alone are not acceptable.  Masks must be worn properly covering the mouth and nose.  Masks will be available for attendees who have not brought their own acceptable mask.
  • Attest to completing a negative PCR or antigen test for COVID-19 conducted no earlier than three days before the start of the meeting. COVID-19 diagnostic tests are available over the counter from drug stores
  • Immediately leave the meeting and secure a rapid COVID-19 test from an urgent care facility if you begin experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Provide local and permanent contact information for use in contact tracing.
  • Immediately notify the meeting organizer of a positive COVID-19 test result obtained within five days after the last day of the meeting so that contact tracing may be conducted.
  • Cooperate with all health-related requests by meeting organizers, including my removal from the meeting if my conduct jeopardizes the health of others.
  • Maintain sole responsibility for my travel plans and any changes necessitated by changing circumstances.

Contact Elizabeth Dutrow (dutrow.elizabeth@epa.gov) with questions about these precautions.
