Energy Auditing and Saving Measures in Buildings

The subject – Energy auditing and saving measures in buildings, is reflecting the situation in EU based on the Energy performance directive.
The main aim is the saving the energy and decreasing the green house effect by using the renewable energy sources in buildings.
Besides the description of the legal and standards requirements the case study will be presented in the conditions of Slavak building stock.
Energy auditing and certification is evaluating the technical and economical aspects by performance of the buildings with aim to define the class.
At present time the class A0, e.g. nearly zero energy buildings, or zero emission buildings, are the main criteria for the renovaited buildings.
Also the economical efficiency is very important, because the non-stabile financial situation and increasing the price of energy in the world.
Therefore the energy auditing of the buildings as the technical and economical evaluation of the buildings is one of the bordery conditions for refurbishment of building structures and renovation of HVAC systems.
Finally we will present the recommendation for the energy conservation process with the aim to meet the required conditions with the respect to energy savings, environmental inpact and economical profitibility.
