| The electric grid is undergoing rapid and transformative change as it is modernized and expanded to meet growing electricity demand, achieve policy goals, and withstand risks posed by extreme weather and physical and cyber attacks. The pace and extent of change presents challenges and opportunities for government, businesses and consumers who are seeking to understand the technical landscape, navigate regulations and policies, and design and implement distributed energy resource (DER) projects and programs to increase the safety, security, affordability, and resiliency of the grid. We will explore innovative, integrated approaches to help address unique challenges around demand growth, affordability and other market forces. |
