I am a results-driven energy engineering manager and developer with a strong background in effective client liaison, program management, and energy projects. I have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative, lifecycle sustainable, and high efficacy solutions for energy footprint, cost and emissions/GHG reductions. With support from small and large teams, I have led the development of clients' energy project opportunities collectively surpassing 60 million square feet, 1,790 facilities, and $2.8 billion in worthy investments. As a US DOE recognized SME in commercial buildings energy audits, I continue to provide domain knowledge and expertise to A&E firms and ESCOs, and electrifying client portfolio of facilities in CONUS and beyond.
My background includes leading large portfolio energy programs, energy projects and ESPCs, business development and sales support, fullfilment leadership from concepts to close out, detailed developments of energy conservation measures (ECM), resiliency, micro-grids, renewable and alternate energy projects, retro-commissioning (RCx) and water conservation using a variety of simulation, engineering, and financial models. I have helped clients secure funds, grants and incentives from various sources, additional funds from electric reliability market (ISO/RTO programs), and convert expense dollars to energy infrastructure upgrades. In a small team setting in recent years, I supported a component of DoD for executive order (EO) compliances.
While managing internal and external teams in various capacities, I have provided due diligence for multitude of factors, constructability, improved availability and maintainability of mission critical facilities and assets, vendors and sub-contractors solicitations including RFQs/RFPs and 30% design documents, emerging technologies vetting and factory tours. With business acumen, I have provided affiliates and former employers/ESCOs increased growth in energy and professional services, higher revenues, improved margins, and higher rates of wins against competitions.
