Speaker Bio
Alaina Hawley is a Distributed Energy Solutions Supervisor at Platte River Power Authority, where she leads the team responsible for implementing commercial distributed energy programs under the Efficiency Works Business brand. She directly oversees several key offerings, including commercial retrofit rebates, custom projects, Performance Plus, Retrocommissioning, and large commercial and industrial advising and assessment programs. Over her eight years at Platte River, Alaina has held roles as an Energy Solutions Engineer and Program Manager, consistently focusing on commercial and multifamily customer programs. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping customers use energy more effectively and sustainably. Alaina is passionate about the evolving energy landscape and is actively involved in transitioning existing programs while developing new initiatives that empower customers to be part of the solution. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Oregon State University and is a Certified Energy Manager.
