Rich Gorzé has over 25 years in a diverse spectrum of supply and demand-side energy positions from consulting, manufacturing and utilities, managing energy and carbon at three Fortune 200 companies.

At Eaton Corporation, he has managed $200M+ in global energy spend for 300+ manufacturing sites, managing the energy procurement, energy efficiency and renewable projects. While at Eaton he has been a key contributor leading sustainability, energy and greenhouse gas reduction efforts leading to a multiple A Ratings for Eaton and perfect score in CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) submittals since 2011. Have lead the energy efficiency program leading to the completion of 400+ energy projects. In addition, he has lead the development of global sustainable/renewable programs by conducting numerous energy/GHG workshops in Asia, Europe and North America and aided in the development of energy management technology and development of our long-term Energy/Carbon goals for Eaton. Leading efforts to implement ISO 50001 Energy Management process in 5 countries.

Prior to joining Eaton Corporation, he served as NA Energy Manager for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, as consultant, gaining a perspective on the supply-side of electric energy procurement.

He has also worked with top utilities in the country, on developing metering technologies, leading integration and business challenges necessary to elevate Smart Grid technology, while working at Elster Electricity (now Honeywell).

Mr. Gorzé holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and National Institute of Technology - Electrical Engineering certifications, as well as various other certifications including CEM, CSDM, CEM –International and active member and chairperson for AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) and ISM organizations.
