Jason Perez is the Founder and President of the Veritas Group, a Project Management firm operating in the Mission-Critical and Energy Efficiency industry since 2009. Performing projects as far as Suadi Arabia and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Jason's 20+ years of construction project management, owner's representative, and consulting experience have placed him on some of the country's most high-profile projects. As a trusted advisor on several for-profit and non-profit boards, he has helped energy consulting firms execute complex projects sustaining above-average gross margins while maintaining high customer satisfaction reviews.
Mr. Perez most recently founded a construction and asset management technology company focused on digesting data from the equipment rental industry for a single pane of glass portal and providing work-flow automation for asset inspections, work order & maintenance schedules, telematics (IoT) and utilization with a goal of reducing overall asset requirements for the construction world.
