Compelling Energy Treasure Hunt Savings to Realize Net-Zero

The role that Energy Treasure Hunts play toward achieving both Energy and Co2 reductions, by targeting low-hanging fruit with low or no capital project costs. By introducing Sustainability practices into an organization through Energy Gemba Walks and Kaizen events, helps get all on board toward achieving Energy and CO2 savings, and ultimately developing the road map to achieve Net-Zero. Large manufacturing facilities have identified significant energy and cost savings, up to $500,000 per year.

Gary’s 30 plus years of combined experience in the engineering profession, is an ENERGY STAR Industrial Service and Product Provider (iSPP). Gary's experience gained in training and facilitating Energy Treasure Hunts has built a solid foundation for his Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Consulting Company. This versatile leadership has been demonstrated with a consistent track record creating value in manufacturing, renewable energy, data management, technology through innovation, process improvement and developing results-orientated organizations.

As past Chairman of the ICMEESA (Institution of the Certificated Mechanical and Electrical Engineers of South Africa), he inspired and engaged Engineers to deliver measurable results in the engineering and energy efficiency sectors. Gary has worked closely with many Industrial and Commercial organizations to improve their production efficiencies in the usage of energy significantly. Most notable is his leadership in guidance with global corporations to improve their energy efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions by facilitating Energy Treasure Hunts in large manufacturing facilities with savings of up to $500,000 per year. Gary’s ENERGY STAR Partnership and Consulting work continues to guide organizations to achieve Net-Zero by delivering excellence in creating, enhancing and sustaining the Company’s ‘Triple Bottom Line’; People, Planet, Profit.
