Strategic Considerations to Decarbonize Global Building Portfolios

This is a joint presentation, with perspective from both Property Management and Asset Owner on considerations for decarbonizing a global real estate portfolio. From macro to micro, this strategy considers how a global portfolio model can inform top priority decarbonization planning, to later focus on the delivery of decarbonization studies and implementation at the asset level. Lessons learned from every asset in the portfolio can feed back into your global portfolio model to continuously improve and enhance forecasting and decision making.
