Speaker Bio
Mr. Coughlan is an electrical engineer. He started his career as an industrial account executive for an investor owned utility. Fifteen years later, he was managing a workforce of almost 500 people at that utility. He left the utility world to start his own small business, Utility Management Services, Inc.
