ISO 50001 as a Decarbonization Strategy
2030 is fast approaching and many organizations have set a decarbonization objective to reduce baseline
GHG emissions by 30% or more. A significant percentage of that objective can be achieved through the
implementation of an energy management system, like ISO 50001.
This interactive presentation will look at the trials, tribulations and triumphs of an actual ISO 50001
implementation in North America.
During the presentation you will discover:
• Some of the lessons learned during the implementation of ISO 50001.
• The benefits realized as a result of ISO 50001.
• Why ISO 50001 is an effective decarbonization strategy.
If you are looking to reduce energy costs, reduce GHG emissions and make tangible progress towards your
decarbonization objective, this is one presentation you do not want to miss.
