Abstract:
This presentation will provide information about the NJ mandatory Benchmarking Program for commercial buildings larger than 25,000 square feet. It will cover the regulations, rules, participation, and challenges in the first year of implementation. It will also cover experiences with commercial and industrial benchmarking using Energy Star’s Portfolio Manager.
