Masks Required FAQs

Masks are required to be worn by all individuals. This includes attendees, exhibitors, vendors, and AEE World staff for the duration of the event, move in, move out, etc.  October 18 - 22, 2021.
Will masks be provided?

We will have a supply of 3-ply disposable masks located at Registration if you misplace, forget, or lose your mask.

May I remove my mask while eating or drinking?

You may only remove your mask while seated for the purpose of enjoying food and beverage.

Standing receptions will be held outdoors, so attendees may enjoy food and beverages without a mask.

Will speakers and presenters be wearing masks on-site and within conference sessions?

Speakers are required to wear masks unless on stage presenting. Speakers are not required to wear masks when presenting or while participating on panels. Social distancing will be maintained between the speaker and attendees.

Thank you for supporting a safe, memorable and productive AEE World 2021.
